LAVIDA MASSAGE OF DALLAS-ACWORTH Seeking Front Desk Sales Associate (Acworth/Dallas/Hiram area)

LaVida Massage of Dallas is looking for an energetic and enthusiastic individual with a strong background in sales to help grow membership sales.

As a member of our Front Desk Sales Associate team, you would be responsible for helping LaVida Massage of Dallas-Acworth grow membership sales and creating an excellent guest relations experience for our guests. We have a talented team of Licensed Massage Therapists and caring Sales Associate staff – all of whom have created a welcoming, caring environment that our guests can feel from the moment they walk through our doors.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Sales

• Meet sales goals for monthly and yearly membership sales
• Effectively promote and sell retail products
• Drive seasonal promotions

Guest Scheduling

• Have a friendly, welcoming phone presence
• Be extremely detail-oriented to efficiently book appointments
• Be able to prioritize and multi-task to manage high-volume calls
• Maintain thorough and accurate guest notes

Guest Relations

• Have a genuine interest in getting to know each guest
• Be able to converse with and connect to clients of different ages and backgrounds
• Ensure clients are cared for, from the minute they walk through the door to the time that they leave the center

Teamwork

• Work effectively and positively with the Massage Therapist team and Front Desk Sales Associates

Center Operations & Cleanliness

• It is very important that we maintain an organized and clean environment for our guests and our team. The front desk is responsible for the hourly walk-through of the center to ensure that the lobby, restrooms, laundry room, and break-room are clean and organized.
• Daily cleaning includes but not limited to vacuuming, dusting, and mopping and cleaning of restrooms
